-give it manually run command as like this

Do you means ipk install file ?! If you ... my answer yes I have already update ipk file and added support to new openssl 1.1.1

after unzipping ncam.cortexa9hf-vfp-neon.zip a file with name "ncam.cortexa9hf-vfp-neon-10" and extension "2" file is produced. i know how to install ipk files but this type can you guide how to install it into octagon sf8008 ? thank you
