i did contact the factory they told me they don't have a solutions for me and they don't have time to fix this problems ( google play not working , there party APK no running correctly all the time stop after oping
reset the box same problem
the software is no good I would like to put a different ceb372d7c8.pngFirmware on the box one open source I cannot find the correct one there is any option to look for which one is match my box this is all the information about this device thank you very much for your help
