The problem here is you so many of you update to the latest release and don't read what has changed and why it has changed, my Zap speed and opening of channels is no better or worse but I make changes to my configs as required.
As has already been stated, if you have something constructive to moan about post your log, it's the only way developers stand a chance of helping you.
