iptv plays for 10-20 seconds

    Hello. Please help if you can. I have a Vu + Zero 4k receiver and when I enter the IPTV, it plays the perfect program for 10-20 seconds, then asks me to move on to the next program. If I give yes it runs and that 10-20 seconds after which it asks me to give the next and so on. If no, the program remains with the locked image.I installed the OpenPli Backup By mika image. Is there a remedy? Thank you.
