H9S DVB-S2X Multistream not working on Optus D1

I have H9S, and this Rx cannot capture Optus D1 even it mentions support multistream. I already inform the engineer but they still have no solution :crying: . Does anyone has same problem like me?

What Image are you using ?.

Ive found both Pli and Vix dont exactly support Multistream too well.

Egami works good - auto detects Multistream services and loads them.

The same problem with me ... H9S does not support Symbol Rate 47300 and above for Optus D1 Multistream
