Mgcamd not visible after install

    I had blackhole 3.0.5 on vu zero and mgcamd 1.45 and was fine. Recent problems made me do reset. So I try put all from begining but have a strange problem. I put ipk file to box tmp and than install manual. Installation is fine. Box reboot. But after reboot when go blue button to activate its not there. I tried 1.38 and same. I also got new bh 3.0.9 and have the same thing. Installation is successful but after reboot going blue button mgcamd is not visible . I do not know what am I doing wrong ? Can anybody help

    i zilla ipk to temp then install via dreamexplorer. i have tried OpenATV-softcam-feed-universal_3.0_all.ipk and now the box is stuck after boot at -10%- loading do you know how to get of the issue?
