    I came across what I thought would be a useful video since it's title sounded like just the thing I was looking for....



    The only problem was that I couldn't relate to it. The image was nothing like mine. I'm using OpenPLI. Anyone know what was being used in this video?

    I'm starting to get the hang of things now, but I prefer to use Midnight Commander for file management. It has a handy built in way to connect to a remote system using F9->Right(or Left)->Shell Link, so I need to know which file to grab and where to put it...


    I have a file oscam_11554-r798 but don't know what to do with it. I have also unzipped tuxbox.zip to /etc/tuxbox but don't know what to do next. Should I reboot?

    Press


    Menu -> Plugins -> Software Management -> Install local extension -> 2 Memory /tmp -> 1 Install extensions

    -> enigma2-plugin-extensions-softcammanager_1.00_all.ipk -> select (OK) -> install (Green button)



    I got:-


    Done - Installed, upgraded or removed 0 packages (with 0 errors)


    Must be close now but still missing something....

    So I've got as far as the Oscam server - 192.168.1.89:8888 and am completely lost. Which cam should I use, and do I need to enter configure anything or is it set up already with your settings to decrypt encrypted channels?

    Many thanks - I tried what you suggested, restarted oscam, but got this in the logfile:-

    I'll try getting another test line from the same place. Should I just change usr/pwd and try again?
