hi folks can anyone help me to extend dm800se hd memory as all new images are too large.i was thinking of using usb as sort of sda drive if thats possible so that image is installed on usb and internal flash is not used too much if thats possible or any other solution most appreciated thanks

For extend memory on my DM800se , I use PluginSkinMover plugin, and for me is very good. I also have flash on USB stick.
For installing image try to find some "middle" image. I use BH image with cca 56 Mb in flash.

Are you sure it's the USB at 97%? Sometimes it is RAM that is at 97%... Where are you looking at?
