cccam 2.30-for ItalySat 2.0 image

Good morning,

I using this CCcam for my VU+ Duo is running well.
Thank you for your working hard. :80:

using it now on my openmips 4.1 on a GB HD800SE+ and is working "fine", loading the cfg file and all, but doesn't show up in extensions for configuration/etc (it might be a limitation on the GB image though)
