How would you compare Pure2 (OE 2) with NewNigma2 (OE 2.5)

    For Dreambox users there are 2 types of images available, OE 2.5 and OE 2. There is a lot of confusion that which image to use, original (OE 2.5) or OE 2 images. The OE 2.5 images like NN2, GP4 etc are said to be more hardware compatible than OE 2 images like PURE2, Openatv etc. The DP insists that DM users to use only OE 2.5 images which exactly match the hardware of DM boxes.

    How would you compare OE 2 with OE 2.5 images. whcih one you prefer and why:smiling:

    I would prefer, if I am honest, not to use DMM boxes, which makes your life a bit easier, not having to worry about some a-hole building an image with a HW checker, time bomb and other little DMM specialities...
