it boot up well but the remote control is not responding any help why , the remote is not working

successfully recovered ,but have problem installing iptv with xtream sever . the message I got is Invalid URl here is it ( http://line.hi-ott.net:80 ) can anyone please check if the is something am doing wrong (DreamTV Mini UltraHD Full )

Hoi guys, what is funny is that if I use the same url server in my z8 or xsarius Q8 or use a third-party app like iptv Smarters it works perfect, so I think something is wrong but with dreamtv ultra box, maybe I need some updates or how I can't figure it out, I really need you guys suggestions
