That XML update is a plugin, a system plugin. Download from the plugin menu
Try update the sat xml, reboot and try scan the 10east feed as the other one has ended
If that still fails post pics of your scan settings

No worries - XML update plugin has been installed, fetched the most recent from OE Alliance etc.
The scan has been going for around 5 minutes. It is yet to finish, is this normal?
I'll update you with what happens.

Right so that is your issue. Signal needs to be better if you want the feeds, they are often not the best signal anyways. The one on 7 east earlier was just about okay on the 80cm dish, i had no issues on the 1.2
The feed i posted on 10east is strong, i have good signal on the 80cm dish but it is only at 54% SNR, on the 1.2 dish it is 83%

I have 90cm dish ( Croatia ) , but for me is enough for cca 80% feeds for 7E and 10E and there are the most interesting ones.
But, bigger is better ( no sex ), ha ha.
