Aac-he

Hi, got my duo clone a couple of days ago,must say there is a lot to learn.So far after trying the latest blackhole image three times lol,managed to get it working have cam 2.1.4 also 2.2.1.Have multi channels loaded and working fine.I was just looking on Hispasat and found some of the channels audio is AAC-HE and there is no sound.Can anyone tell me why please.
