Openbox v9s CA M not recognising sky card

    Hi from New Zealand

    I purchased a Vontar openbox v9s hoping to use in my caravan with my subscription sky card but it does not recognise the card. The card works in my friends v8s openbox

    Any ideas what is needed to get it to see the card???
