Look in the plugin feeds to see if you can download it from there.
Or install in telnet:
opkg install enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-serviceapp

If it is on the feeds, there should be enough free space because something else is being installed
Otherwise the image falls

feed image does not contain serviceapp

Do not contain at feed server ? Um, it is possible because the DM800 HD device has a very little flash memory. So even the feed server or OpenPLi-7.2 image for this device will not include ServiceApp. Powerful hardware is also required, which unfortunately the old DM800 HD is not. ServiceApp uses ffmpeg and ExtEplayer3, which require some better hardware. Rather, this will be why they were not included in the OpenPLi 7.2 feed for your DM800HD.
You need to use an flash expander that extends the flash memory to the USB stick. This is not reliable, but at least the plug-in folder should be transferable to a USB stick. There is a symbolic-link, referring to the USB stick empty directory. Of course, the USB stick must contain the Linux file-system (ext2, ext3 or ext4).
If you would like to play with it, here you have current download links:
(WARNING ! URL-links will only work until the next update is released - i.e. just a few days.)

[3] http://downloads.openpli.org/f…02956ea-r0.5_vusolose.ipk
Install these packages in the same sequence.
Again, note that you should use a flash expander and do not guarantee proper functionality, as the DM800 HD hardware is weak and old (300MHz mipsel CPU).
/////// EDIT :
Unfortunately, I found out that ServiceApp installation package also contains a binary file. It will probably not work on another chipset (a different decoder found in your set top box). This binary file will probably be bound not only to the processor type I thought (mipsel) but will also be bound to the chipset type (decoder type).

Put izobrajenie the link above, then look at the screenshots pervoe installable system plugin mount to properly mount the usb flash, then you set flashexpander plugin, restart Enigma, install media in my case the flash drive is divided into two sections visible in the screenshot , install and after moving the plugin flashexpander on the stick usb .Next, go to the plug-in browser, click the green button on the remote control and go to the system search for the service app there-install it, then run the program putty or DCC that is convenient for you and with Telnet give commands in turn -
Enigma overload, waiting for the receiver to load go to menu-setup-system-serviceapp
choose the right player-and that's it!
P.S-.screenshots were uploaded to the forum out of order .sorry

I really don't know how. I read about this on Openpli forum, but it's seems that serviceapp is never implemented as plugin in
Openpli images. I have also DM800SE, now with Pure2 image. Consider a recommendation of master G , and install these image.
ServiceApp is already included in the new OpenPLi images. You probably read badly. ServiceApp is not implemented as a standard component after installing the OpenPLi image, but it exists on the feed server and the user can install it himself.
You must just install the serviceapp and use it with a userbouquet file (service number 5001-5003) after configuring all services via plugin MENU -> ServiceApp. Or can you find it only in System-MENU and not in Plugin-MENU? Sorry, I don't remember where to find ServiceApp after installing (and restarting Enigma).
The serviceapp package should also include exteplayer3 and ffmpeg dependencies, so they do not need to be installed before the serviceapp package is installed. When you try to install the serviceapp package, these dependencies will also be automatically checked and installed. If there are no dependencies added to the serviceapp package, then there is no problem to install them manually, as mentioned by hecha71 :
opkg update && opkg install ffmpeg exteplayer3 serviceapp

I installed openpli8 , serviceapp, when i choose extplayer3 from serviceapp, iptv channel dont work

Show what your userbouquet file looks like for IPTV - just one example / line of IPTV will suffice. Is the service number written in the userbouquet file, correct ?

You could also create a debug-log in OpenPLi and attach it here (via the Shell: init 4; sleep 5; ENIGMA_DEBUG_LVL=4 enigma2 > /tmp/e2.log 2>&1). I wonder what will appear if you switch to an IPTV channel. Switch to the IPTV channel, then wait for 10 seconds and then send the generated "/tmp/e2.log" file in a private message (your personal data will probably be there, so don't post it publicly in discussions).
I don't know if this will help, but try adding a DESCRIPTION line as well as a slash at the end of the URL:
Code#SERVICE 5002:0:1:029A:00C3:0:0:0:0:0:http%3a//xxxxxxxxxxx%3a23361/live/vvvvvvvv/uuuuuuu/195.ts/:Sport AD Sports1 #DESCRIPTION Sport AD Sports1
Try also the service No. 5001 - i.e. Gstplayer, instead of service 5002 (i.e. ExtEplayer3).
However, the solution to the problem might be known on the OpenPLi discussion forum (https://forums.openpli.org/), where there are users and moderators who have been using OpenPLi for a long time and know it very well. Check also the search option on the OpenPLi forum (match the word "ServiceApp").
By the way, it's probably just a typo, but you meant service number 4097 instead of 4007. Right ?
