First, remove any external flash that is installed on the device

Second, start with this solution and implement what is contained in it

Close the device from the power button in the back and Click on the ok from the front of the receiver for 5 seconds, then not leave ok, and

open the device from power button in the back,Until it Appears on the screen is forc supported you from Ok, then you Click on the channel buttons next to it until the word spark appears on the Ok wait a little while Boot appears and the device will run.

As it did not respond So it needs a suitable rescue soft

This file was presented by the professor master G

Follow the steps carefully and try more than once Do not give up

    • Now another important factor is when using the rescue image, you must use the rear USB port, not the front.
    • CREATE a folder on your desktop and call it spark
    • UNZIP the spark rescue image.
    • UNZIP userfsub.img.tar.gz & “mImage.tar.gz files.
    • Now place the "mImage" and the "userfsub.img" files into the "spark" folder (Not userfsub.img.tar.gz & “mImage.tar.gz).
    • FORMAT your USB Pen Drive in FAT32, DO NOT choose the quick format as it will not work
    • TRANSFER the "spark" folder onto the USB Pen Drive
    • SWITCH off the receiver at the rear and insert the USB Pen Drive
    • PRESS and HOLD the OK key at the front of the receiver and switch it back on at the rear
    • FORC will appear on the display after a couple of seconds
    • PRESS the RIGHT key FACT should appear on the display
    • PRESS OK key
    • YOU should now see U LD flashing on the display
    • WAIT a good 10 Minutes for the receiver to be back to original factory state (some information on the internet claims that the restore process takes about five minutes, I left mine a bit longer and it worked, so be patient)

Added to our supervisor's professor master G comments above

    - Rescue Soft must be installed while you are on the Spark system, not a system enigma2 Until it is accepted

    - It is possible not to accept Soft Rescue from the first times, meaning that you repeat the process once, two and three until it ends and the receiver accepts the software even if it did not succeed. Download another copy of Softrescue until you succeed, God willing,

    :smiley370:

Thank you very much. After installing hellas sat, the problem arises. The channel plays for 1 second and the amiko boots by itself. the same thing over and over again. But when I take the satellite cable out of the tunner, the boot stops again and again; Is the problem with Tunner? Speaking of Ethernet, it doesn't work either.

I would like your opinion and your help.

First, you did not mention the brand of your device. If the problem appeared after installing a certain Hellas Sat cancel it to see the result. Is the problem related to it? or there is another problem.

    :smiley370:

The Amiko SHD works ok, you can't see any channels, of course, without a satellite cable

I meant that I could access all functions of the receiver, e.g. softcan, all settings, and it remains stable ok. But when I connect the sat cable then the reboot starts again and again

This description that mentioned suggests that the problem is in the satellite cable, and to be sure of that, if you can go to a friend of yours with your device and turn on your device with his cable and see the result here, you will know whether this is a defect in your satellite cable or a problem with the device.
