YouTube Plugin by taapat

What kind of blocking are you writing about? Images have nothing to do with it. YT changed something and the author will fix that error. Use YT from E2iPlayer, only if it doesn't work there.

I managed to fix it partially using a fix from another topic.

The only thing is that the Live Broadcast category does not work. Youtube makes changes every couple of months, so the plugin stops working. However, it is better to wait for a fix from the developer. This is just my test and not for the public. You can try to fix it yourself, it's not difficult. Changes are in YouTubeVideoUrl.py.

Alright guys, I'll still share this fix with you. I changed the last version for android, so now YT Live also works (it doesn't open every one).I tested the other categories and they work.Video rewinding also works well.Also, test 4K videos if they work for you.

In usr /lib/enigma2/ python... Youtube copy this file in the attachment.

Tested on DM800SE, atv 7.3 image.

For me not working. On press play video nothing happens, no any error just the same playlist and in background TV channel playing.

Thank you all for your support and I'm glad it's working for you. Unfortunately it won't work for some and it's hard to say what the reason is. Is it up to the image, your box or something else needs to be fixed. This fix is also for YT in e2iplayer, so I just changed and added the android client in this plugin. You will find the Youtube.rar for e2iplayer in the IPTVPlayer (e2iplayer) thread. Some also write there that it doesn't work in the player. You have to know that this is still a temporary fix that needs to be done properly by the developers.

Switched to Exteplayer and started to work.

After these changes in the code, the videos are playing.

To me is no longer working 😞 worked 2 times but now in the evening tried and get error creating list..

UPDATE: all working, just turned on my box and working great
