First of all, I'm new here, and also quite new to the world of Iptv.
I have an external harddrive of 3TB, and I haven't been able to find the official detail on the max accepted size of an external harddrive used as local storage.
I've tried to record from IPTV Extreme Pro to the drive without formatting it to implement it with the local storage, but I wasn't able to do that,- so I tried to format it as a local drive, and that went OK,-but it made only 800GB visible and accessible to store on.
Is this a known limit, and if yes,- could this be extended in the future via firmware?
The harddrive has its own powersupply, if it matters.
Finally, is there a supportline for this box?
I couldn't really find it, and the importer in my country didn't have the info or knowledge about it.
