HLS (.m3u8) player with record

    Hello community !


    I`m happy to have pure2 ! Thanks for great job !

    I have problem with HLS (m3u8) playlist option, tried media player and m3u player to run this type of playlist but these players have no record option...

    Is there iptv player for HLS(m3u8) with record option ? Or which way is the best to use this type of playlist ?


    m3u runs great with Xeeve and timers works well ! dreambox 920 with pure2 v.6.5

    Sorry, I don't have a Dreambox but there must be people here who do...


    Is Kodi running on it? You could try that if...


    You can convert these lists, I think...


    1) There is an editor called E-Channeliser, you'll see it on this forum and it probably can do those conversions...


    2) If not, try finding Ciefp's converter.


    It should be a success in terms of integrating your list into the normal list. Ciefp's lists are a combination of DVB-S/T and IPTV channels...

    Control Playback

    It is possible to have entire control over the stream playback by changing its type. The type determines how to handle and run the stream, using the default or other player (e.g. GstPlayer, ExtePlayer3) whichever is available.
