Hi.
This account is simply connected to you twice. Whether the user has already two set-top boxes at home, whether it is a re-share on his part, whether it is an error in the configuration of his client, it is a connection of the same account twice.
You can check the oscam LOG records and find out what's going on there. Or just disable reshare your card in the "oscam.user" file as well as in the "oscam.server" file:

http://www.streamboard.tv/wiki…g/oscam.server#cccreshare
Set all possible measures against further sharing. Restrict cccam connections and restrict connections to a specific account.
For example, you can enable anti-cascading in the "oscam.conf" file. And then additionally set a limit on the number of connected users under one account in the "oscam.user" file:

for a few days this number appeared to me at a feast
why it appeared and how to fix itpost you ocam.user and .conf without personal details
one user with same password ist double connect you can trouble this with code in .user
uniq = 3
example:
Quoteuniq = 0 # disabled, default
uniq = 1 # only one connection per user is allowed
uniq = 2 # set user to fake if source ip is different
(e.g. for newcamd clients with different CAIDs and ports)
uniq = 3 # only one connection per user, but only the last login will survive (old mpcs behavior)
uniq = 4 # set user only to fake if source ip is different, but only the last login will survive
