Can you not use a combination of plugins.
i.e my jedi epg xtream plugin to assign hebrew israel epg to your channels.
Then use epg translator plugin (used to be in plugin feeds) to convert it eng or russian. etc.

there are loads of different versions. You will just have to google it.
I don't even know if your image is python 2.7 or python 3

Im afraid the only plugins im aware of .....only translate now / next,
A plugin to translate the source in its entirety has been on my wish list for many years.
Most online resources are limited to 5000 or so characters so will need some clever hacks to make that happen.
