mutant hd60 flash

Hi guys! I bought a new mutant hd60 box :) i turned on the box and there was open atv 6.3 and multiboot was installed! I tried now to flash hdfreaks 6.5 recovery mmc.zip i dont need multiboot just one image :) i downloaded the recovery mmc.zip extracted everything to usb (fat32) formated. After i plug the usb into the box hold the uboot button and power on the box.. On the display it says flsh and changes to boot. When i realase the uboot button it boots into the boot menu. I select flash local image and it shows my usb but empty just hd60 folder... what im doing wrong? hope someone can help me?
