hi i think your satellite dish should be set correctly, or try another receiver if it works

No problems with other receiver.

Did you map found channels?
As I know, I can only map the channels that are listed at services.
That was my initial question - How to map a channel (for instance ARD on 11493,75) which is not listed at Services but is listed at Muxes?

You have few Astra channels
you must go to Network, select Astra and force a scan
should find 1470 sites for you
then you enter Channel / EPG select all services and map all services
still lot of channels ignored
still lot of channels ignored
now ok
ignored channels are data and other channels
these are not TV channels

- go to Channel tags
- add a new sample ZDF
- you can give it a position where this group will be (sort index), let's say 1
- save
- go to Channels, search for a channel for this group,
- click tags next to the channel (at the end on the right) and select a group
- if you select all channels for this group .. Save

Thx, I resolved it in the meantime!
It was enough to unplug it for a few minutes. Now works well :)
