CodeCAID 4AEE PROVID 000001 ECMPID 0C51 PMTPID 08AF (NO MATCHING READER)so either you have blocked that caid from being decoded, or you have no share / card for it

I have tryed many lines all have same message (NO MATCHING READER)

Ask your provider whether they have Bulcrypt/Bulsatcom/Polaris or whatever package CAID 4AEE is.

I have found the solution.
In oscam dvbapi you need to add this line: M: 4AEE:000001 4AEE:000000
