Add CCcam.cfg Enable/Disable option + change repetitions_forced to cc…

Code

1-You can Enable/Disable use CCcam.cfg from (CONFIGURATION > CCcam.cfg) Enabled is the default.
Or you can add in (oscam.conf) file this line (1 = Enable , 0=Disable)

cccam_cfg_enabled = 1

2-About Path for CCcam.cfg: If you want to oscam read it from default config path (/etc/tuxbox/config) leave the option blank
OR remove from (oscam.conf) file this line

cccam_cfg_path =

In this case you will see the CCcam.cfg in the list of other files on webinterface.
P.s: If you change the path of CCcam.cfg to other path for example to /etc (Then you can not find CCcam.cfg option in the list of other files to edit from webinterface)

3-About repetitions_forced change it to cccam_cfg_repetitions_forced option. So in (oscam.conf) file should be add it like this
And the default of option is (0) Disable

cccam_cfg_repetitions_forced = 1

This version of the pli image works well. I mean the following file.

enigma2-plugin-softcams-oscam-emu_svn11583+git1837+119cb37-r0_mips32el.ipk

But these files that you put on the Black Hole image and the solo receiver did not work at all.

    if a physical reader returns E_CORRUPT => dont forward ECM to proxys and return E_INVALID

    push all localgenerated-flagged CWs to defined group/s without source-group membership   
        if you plan to use this function, think about the following:
            if a cx-peer(user/reader) doesn't run in one OSCam-instance(so there are differen NodeIDs) and you seperate them via groups, the localgenerated-flagged CWs would be pushed back to them, if you assign the choosen grp for this function
                to prevent this, name them identical (user->username/reader->label) to avoid pushing thier localgenerated-flagged CWs back (cause there is a skip on same names for this function)

When I install this file on the blackhole image, it does not appear in the cam manager section at all to start it. When I install pli in the image, it starts but does not work at all.
