Vu uno 4k satellite receiver IPTV 4k channels have sound but no picture?

    Hi Guys, I have a Vu uno 4k satellite receiver in my hand and at the same time I use Gigablue X3 4K in the other room, I have a few 4K supported IPTV channels in my IPTV provider, while these channels open smoothly on Gigablue X3 4K (picture and sound are OK), Vu uno 4K receiver ' Only sound is heard on my machine No picture is output? Uno 4k is faster as cpu and ram, but Gigablue x3 4k is a later released satellite receiver, why not turn on Vu when these 4k IPTV channels are opened in Gigablue?

    do you come to the menu of the VU receiver, if not try on other TVs,


    if so change the setting / resolution from 1080p to 1080i, or from 1080i to 1080p, or to 720p and each time to 50Hz
