i found that the editor of the Ferguson Ariva 102E works with ALI3606 receivers.

Thanks Carmico. I am going try it on my S16 because it is stressing me out. I can't activate newcamd cws file to watch. All free channels show alright.

Difficult to find this file.
If any has the chance pls post -
it is just alieditor with a script.ini to match the m3606 processor.

You can edit channels using Ali editor the one I have here also has a split and merge program which splits the .dbs into .udf and .rom format.
Maybe if you split AJ's file you will get the .udf file you need but not tested because I don't have a S16, backup everything if you are going to test it out.
