French Canalsat 19e

Is Canalsat 19e working on normal Cccam/oscam yet as some people are saying it is, i thought it only works on close sourced boxes, supcam and Belgium script and not on standard enigma 2 receivers with normal oscam ?

Thank you, that's what i thought, not available publicly, wish people would stop showing off saying it works when for the vast majority of us it doesn't.
