vu+ solo2 flashing issues

can not flash my solo2, have tryed 5 different usb sticks, but it seems that my solo2 dont read any of them

Preferably a smaller usb formatted in fat 32 with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool is not a quick option.

Erase everything from the usb stick with this program.Then format with Hp usb format tool.

well, new problem, can not install cams,panels etc, get error message during installation can not install xxxxxxx no such file or directory
