I also tried to add a new path comes out that it is already there but it is found

Correct path is /usr/share/enigma2/picon . Did you add the picon folder to that path (attr 755).

select path if you choice
/usr/share/enigma2/picon
or /media/hdd/picon
or.. other -

Now show only the picons from 0.8w and 39e. I have download picons for others satelites but not show nothing. I have restart receiver.
