Which box for FTA Satellite recorder and NAS media

    Thinking about getting a satellite FTA recorder as there is an old Sky dish on the house and freeview signal is poor. Would mainly be for the freesat channels but also would need to play media from my network NAS (currently using KODI on a firestick). Looking for something which has got a stable and user friendly interface as would be used a lot by the kids.


    Would be nice to be able to record multiple channels at the same time, stream the live programmes and recording elsewhere over wifi etc. but not essential. Was thinking about going up to £200-300.

    Having looked around I am thinking about going for a zgemma h7s.


    Am I right in thinking that it is possible to use this to stream live TV and recordings to a firestick elsewhere in the house using dream player or vu app, if so how well does it work?
