| As of today, OpenPLi 8.0 Release Candidate is available for "everyone" to download and install. The release candidate is a pre-release test version and will only be publicly available for a limited time. Only install this version: if you have a good backup if you plan to test this version to provide feedback here. At the moment we cannot guarantee that this RC is free from (serious) errors. Once testing is complete, all issues found have been fixed and OpenPLi 8.0 Release has been made public, we will remove the release candidate images and their feeds. You will then no longer be able to update and will need to flash the official release image. We therefore recommend that standard end users do not install this version, but wait for the official release instead. |
