Oscam not opening all channels on Cyfra+ card

I got a Cyfra+ Nagravision card, as well as correct config from the seller. It's weird that it opens TVP channels, Eurosport 1 HD, but not Eurosport 2 HD. Eleven sports channels also stay black. Oscam is cak7-patched 11615.

Does this mean that the packet is incomplete on the card, or some misconfiguration?

It has updated and the channels work. The problem has changed, the card does not work in the Vu+ Solo after updating it to Open Pli 7.3. It opens all channels when it uses the share from another box, but the Oscam does not read the local card.
