error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

You should add a mirror to /etc/apt/sources.list

Find the correct package for your architecture here:

    https://packages.debian.org/se…&keywords=libssl.so.1.0.0

( in my case it is amd64, and the correct library is /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libssl.so.1.0.0 ):

Then go to Download libssl1.0.0 section, and again click on your architecture (amd64 in my case).

There you will find the mirror you have to add to /etc/apt/sources.list for me, the mirror

    login as root

    nano /etc/apt/sources.list

    I have to add this:

    deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security jessie/updates main

    Then run bellow commands:

    sudo apt-get update

    sudo apt-get install libssl1.0.0

    Ubuntu

    • Edit the source list sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
    • add the following line:
    • deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial-security main
    • Then
    • sudo apt update
    • and
    • sudo apt install libssl1.0.0.

hi friend or two servers on this one works great

on this server it doesn't work at anything for that thanks

    Linux 4.19.0-13-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.160-2 (2020-11-28) x86_64

  • Then check if you are missing a library.

    What is the error message?

  • oscam: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

  • Yup. Exactly. Try looking for the library file.

    Install this: https://packages.debian.org/buster/libssl1.1

  • opkg update

    opkg install libusb-1.0-0

    opkg install libssl1.0.0 or libssl1.0.2

    opkg install libcrypto1.0.0 or libcrypto1.0.2

    opkg install libpcsclite1

    reboot

  • ok sorry was worth a try
