axas e3hd , bricked...?

I have this Axas e3hd decoder, with red and green light both on.
I tried to change the power supply, nothing.
I know that at the time I had made an upgrade to the Boot, as recommended in the Forums.
I opened it but I don't see Jtag attacks, there is a serial.
