I downloaded image Openpli 10.2 dated 2020-10-30 for Spark 7111 Visionnet fireball 101 . but I try to download Plugins with green button from the remote first time after setting up the image . it returns with no plugins back and hold and with please wait message for long period and I MUST restart the receiver by power off/on. , also the SubSupport downloader does not download the subtitle with the search option. I need you help.
