TBS Card Reader 3101 --- Ubuntu Oscam How to ....HELP please!!!

hello everyone in this great forum !!!

i have a card reader-programmer TBS 3101 ....it has serial (COM) only connection (the usb is for power only)

how can i install it and make functional with ubuntu 18.4 lts and Oscam ...please?

i have one direct serial rs232 cable....and a serial to usb adapter

sorry this is for drivers pci / pci express card sat / cable

for smartreader you need get config pin and use it on mouse with ttyUSBXX ( XX number of port attribued by os )
