Bouquet problem

I set my own bouquet with a few of my most used channels, but all of a sudden when I want to select a channel and press the blue button to select favourites it just show a list of radio channels. Also if I press the red button to select 'all' that only shows radio channels. Using the Bouquet Editor in OpenWebif, everything looks normal. /etc/enigma2/bouquets.tv which I think is where my favourites are stored, looks ok.

Has anyone come across anything like this?

How can I create a Bouquet from scratch?

This is on OpenATV 6.3 on a Zgemma H7S.
