Newbie with Gigablue UHD UE 4K.
Fast forward normal up to & including FF x8 then stops, Rewind non existent on certain transponders.
Hi, this is my 1st post so please forgive me if I have not done it correctly. I'm having a little difficulty with setting up my Gigablue STB. I have tuned it in ok(using Gigablue Ultra 24 unicable LNB). It came with Teamblue 6.4 image.(Which I still have loaded)
I have this problem with recordings & timeshift on certain transponders, up to now I have found it on :-
10758 V; 10891 H; 10906 V; 10936 V; It's normal up to & including FF x8, then it is erratic but REW is much worse x2 is almost PAUSE then it might jump back a little, the faster speeds are similar- hangs on a picture for a while before continuing to Rewind.
On these Transponders :-
10788 V; 10817 V; 10964 V; All recordings/timeshift from these transponders are perfect- just like my Humax Foxsat HDR+!!
I read on another site that some people had this problem on MP4 videos from other sources, they got round that by changing image to openAtv from TeamBlue.
I tried OpenAtv 6.4 & OpenVix 5.4.006 as well as TeamBlue 6.4. to no avail.
Has anyone come across this problem & found a cure?
I am only using ASTRA 28.2E for FTA UK Programmes.
