X-Streamity - Xtream Codes IPTV Player

I answer this question a lot.
I do not have a box with a front display. So no way for me to test it. And as I don't know how so I cant even code it blind.

Fixed the vod file that had a missing comma

New series favourites. Clicking on series group, season or episode, will add the parent series group to favourites.
Minor bug i know about, the series group page will not update with a fav star icon if selected on later levels, seasons, or episodes, until you go in and out of that level again.

what streamity skin you using and on what box

you can click on for example season 1, or episode 1 and it will add the parent.
It is only at that level the star doesn't update immediately

You only get downloader manager option after downloading.

The screens don't refresh on back button - so you just need to exist the plugin and go back in to see download manager if you have created a download

I have amended that for next release so the main menu refreshes when shown. So will show the download manager on returning to main menu

All good now. Release time.

Series favourites should now work as expected.
Selecting Series favourites no longer jumps to top of list
Selecting Series favourite at season or episodes level correctly adds a fav star to the series group when shown
Main menu should now show downloader manager without having to exit and go back into plugin.

Just found another bug. Totally unrelated to the work I have been doing.

If pressing back button on episodes or seasons, the keymap file swtiches to the categories keymap at levels 3 and 2. When it should only do that at level 1 - categories.

hmmm, I am wondering if some other plugin on your box might be clashing then. This is standard actionmap code.

in this file

you will find this code

The lower the number the higher priority of my keymap.
So try it as -3
if that doesn't work try it lower. i.e -1

If that still doesn't work, you will have to manually remove them from the playlists.txt file

/etc/enigma2/xstreamity/playlists.txt

OK, tonight I have been comparing xstreamity and xklass files in readiness for putting series favourites in xklass. (which I have now done offline)

Those 2 plugins have become a bit out of sync code wise when they the main code base is meant to be pretty much identical.

Only had to change a few files to match everything up. Eek!





Will do some thorough testing of both plugins tomorrow and release the updates
