Here's a quick fix for [Tring] Fantasy Film Channel on 16east

While I was updating the channel list on 16east, I noticed that several Tring channels including Fantasy
was either giving no video, or displaying just a frozen image, but the audio was running okay.

After trying several ways of accessing the video, I managed to find a way of getting the video to play correctly.
All you have to do is click the blue button, and Activate the Picture in Picture option, once the video starts playing okay, you can then stop the Picture in Picture option, and the video will carry on playing okay.

On the Vu+ Uno you can also activate and deactivate the PiP option, by simply double clicking the Blue button.

This works for all the Tring channels that for some reason do not play the video automatically, the only downside is you must do this everytime you wish to access one of the effected channels.

Tring Channels effected with the error:
    01 .. Disney XD
    02 .. RTV 21 Junior
    03 .. RTV 21 Plus
    04 .. RTV 21 Popullore
    05 .. Fantasy
    06 .. Tring History
    07 .. Outdoor Channel
    08 .. Telesport
    09 .. Extreme Sports
    10 .. Bunga Bunga
    11 .. Bizarre
