AXAS his twin boot loop

    hi guys i got a problem with the AXAS his twin, the device is on loop and it has a software error message:

    SEND LOGFILE /HOME/ROOT/LOGS/ENIGMA2_CRASH********.LOG to the openAT.

    so i dont know what to do and how can i fix it, does anyone know how to solve it.
