Ncam_11 clearing 4K Channels

hello guys I have tried most of the softcam Emus but I found Ncam_11.2_unofficial arm working on most 4ks on Hotbird 13 , but my problem is some channels like Ultra Nature UHD, opens but freezes most times , do anybody knows how to fix this problem . is there anything i need to edit on the config server? any help is much appreciated. I'm using DM 900 running on dream elite 7.1
