  • I have a HD800 with a motor using Diseqc 1.2

HD800 doesn't seem to save the satellites added

Am I missing something? This is what I'm doing

1.Open motor settings and select satellite Astra 1n/2a/2b
    2.Motor type Diseqc 1.2
3.Limit setup is set to disable limits
4.Save my motor settings for Astra
5.Open satellite list and I run a scan for Astra 1n/2a/2b
    6.Save all channels found
7.Open a channels to verify I can watch it
8.Go back to motor settings and select satellite Hotbird and I move my dish with the motor to hotbird
9.Save my motor settings for Hotbird and I run the scan again from satellite list
    10.Save all my hotbird channels
11 Select a channel from Astra

    I get not signal

My Astra satellite doesn't get save when I add hotbird. Hotbird overwrites Astra

Is there anything I'm not doing wrong?

My Technomate box works like I have done with the motor without any prolem

    Any help much appreciated

    Maybe this will help,

Also update your sat.xml file or load a latest channel list.

I used to own an older DM800 clone & found a reboot was required after saving every sat for it to store properly when setting manually, maybe usuals is a better option for you.

    Hope this helps.
