Humax fvp-4000t to m3u is it possible

Hi, long time since ive posted, I have skyq fed round my house via a hdmi dvbt modulator, which works fine. I can view it on all my tv's to I can use a humax fvp4000t with the live tv app from humax but it is hit and miss as whether it will work or not, I can always view recordings on any other device, but I want to be able to view the skyq feed in tivimate or even on my zgemma star2s, is this possible, I think I have found the information i need but I'm unable to convert it into a playable m3u.

can someone help, ill attach the file i think has the information in.

this is within livetv settings unfortunately im unable to ssh into the humax box ro change any settings within the box

Well as no one could help with trying to get the m3u from my humax pvr.

Ive changed to Raspberry Pi4 and tv hat I can now record direct from my sky q and play skyq to any of my devices on my network Ive done a small video on youtube

It also works on my zgemma star2s using E-Channelizer and the m3u from tvheadend
