Sat freezes when LAN cable is connected

    Dear all,

    this is my first post. Hello to everybody!


    So, after many years using succesfully a DreamBox DM820HD, I recently bought a Zgemma h9.2h (NOT the SE edition).


    I have an annoying issue I can't solve: when the STB is connected to Internet with a LAN cable I get continous video freezes on all sat channels. Continous means every 4/5 seconds the image freezes for 1 second and then goes on. The freeze is ONLY video, not audio.


    I tried to change the LAN settings (DHCP on or off...) but the issue is always there.


    This happens with all main images (OpenAtv, OpenPli and OpenVix).


    If I disconnect the LAN cable, the issue immediately disapeears.


    If I connect the STB via WiFi, I don't have any issues.


    Is the Zgemma faulty?
