What exactly is E2TV plugin available in the Define image and what way can it be used for?

i was curious about it too, by searching online i found this demo on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gemLFwclX4
seems like an iptv player, but don't know what's the difference between E2TV and any other IPTV/M3U Streaming player
