Open task manager and restart Explorer at the bottom of the list. (Try to remove external devices before doing it)
Restarting Explorer is similar to a system restart.
It's possible that a process is running in background or a corrupted one causing this issue.
If it still doesn't work try cleaning thumbnail cache.
Open This PC (my computer) and right click on C Drive and select properties. There perform a disk cleanup to remove temp files, thumbnails and other cache.
See if it works.
Do you get that message from your Vu+Solo2 or is it your computer??
If it is your Solo2 from your solo2 you might have started a recording and it has been saved to the internal memory of the Solo2 instead of the HDD?

It is on VU + solo2 that says that there is to little memory and the image is OpenVix and I want to move to "root / temp"
If you have used up all the space on the Solo2 you must free some up.
If you have installed a lot of skins and plugins you should remove some of them.
Make a connection to the solo2 and run the command free in telnet. What is the output?

If that`s the case then the issue could be with the RAM on your PC and Windows Explorer, not the solo2.
Have you looked at task manager to see if the CPU/RAM is over loaded while trying the transfer?

Does an FTP tool like Filezilla work ok?
