And when I enter the Ncam page

It appears that it is connected but the channels are not opening

Note: I tried to delete oscam but after deleting it comes back again!!!

Because, i have a receiver Mecool KIII PRO its an android device like Amiko A5, and i have enigma2 installed on it dual boot with android. On enigma2 i have NCAM installed with auto update with free clines.
