Cannot access webif from outside network

Since a while I cannot access oscam from an outside Ip.

Within LAN no problems

Static ip ,ok.I see now that when I portforward ports 100 and 12000 to the same IP one is cancelled ?

ISP ??

Now I have solved the problem.Thanks for reminding me to check port.
